Discussing the question: Why?

When we encounter something uncomfortable, we often ask ourselves, “Why?”. We may not always find a satisfactory answer, which can drive us crazy. But who knows, the question “What can I do?” may help us break free from that cycle?

A friend who works as a business consultant shared that when a company faces a problem, they should only spend 5% of their time searching for the cause. The rest of the meeting time should be used to suggest solutions: What can we do to help the company overcome this difficulty? Over time, they realized that the process of finding solutions will provide the clearest answer to the question “Why?”

Is life “fair” to you? Maybe not. But what can you do by asking “Why?” Instead, make the most of what you have and ask yourself, “What can I do in this situation?”

Be a proactive person instead of resigning yourself to the role of a victim. When you feel like the whole world is against you, remember that they are just doing their job. We need to find our own path and make our own way.
